USE THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURE TO BOOK REGULAR ROUTES

Please note that all Aircraft are allocated to a specific Squadron (see HUB ICAO).  If you use an aircraft please make sure that you fly the aircraft back to its original squadron (HUB) as soon as possible.  There are a couple of aircraft placed in deferent location for use of TFM missions but I will change their availability to booked.  This will mean that should you want to fly a TFM you need to request for the Aircraft to be made available by the Squadron Officer Commanding.

Note that you will only be able to book a route once you are physically at the Airport Location, have a valid aircraft rating and an available aircraft at the departing airport.

CHANGE YOUR LOCATION

Pilots can now approve their one Location Change (Jump).

A Pilot's physical location will reflect at the last airport where he/she landed.

Should the pilot require to be at a different departure airport in order to book a ROUTE, TFM, TOUR or AIRCRAFT the pilot can now approve his/her own jump seat to the departure airport.

Steps to follow

  1. Go to PILOT ACTIONS / CHANGE LOCATION
  2. Type the departure airport ICAO
  3. Click CHANGE
  4. Go to ADMINISTRATION / JUMP VALIDATOR
  5. Click the pencil for approval
    1. JUMP TYPE 1 for local change (Jump within the boarders of the same country)
    2. JUMP TYPE 2 for across boarder change (Jump across the boarders of two countries on the same continent)
    3. JUMP TYPE 3 for across continent change (Jump across different continents)

NOTE:

You will only see available Routes and Aircraft of the departure airport where you are physically located.  Make sure that your location is correct as you might accidentally select an aircraft and a different airport. (The airport where you last landed)
